Join a dynamic team as an experienced SAP EWM AMS Consultant, vital for maintaining and supporting a complex global warehouse infrastructure across North America and Europe. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and efficiency of SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments. You will be instrumental in managing incidents, resolving problems, monitoring systems, and driving continuous improvements across multiple factories and distribution centers.

Key duties include providing comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications, managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, and troubleshooting production issues within strict SLA timelines. You will support critical warehouse operations such as inbound processing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, and yard processes. Proactive application monitoring, interface management, and support for RF devices and mobility solutions are also core functions. Furthermore, you will contribute to change and release management, including deployment validation and regression testing, ensuring successful implementations.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5-12+ years of dedicated SAP EWM support experience, specifically within AMS environments and global warehouse operations. Proven expertise in SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM, coupled with strong integration knowledge and experience supporting multi-site facilities, is essential. A solid understanding of warehouse automation, integration technologies, production support, and SLA-driven environments is required. You must possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a 24x7 global support model.
