Seeking a seasoned SAP EWM AMS Consultant to deliver comprehensive Application Maintenance and Support services for a global warehouse network. This role is crucial for maintaining stable operations across numerous factories and distribution centers in North America and Europe. The consultant will ensure seamless warehouse functionality by expertly managing incidents, resolving complex problems, monitoring systems, implementing changes, and driving continuous service improvements. A deep understanding of SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 is essential.

The position demands strong functional and technical acumen in SAP EWM, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and proficiency in integration technologies. The ability to support a demanding 24x7x365 global business environment is a key requirement for this challenging opportunity.

Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across multiple global warehouse sites. Efficiently manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes using ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key duties include analyzing and resolving production issues, supporting critical warehouse operations such as inbound processing, picking, packing, outbound shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, cross-docking, and yard processes. Proactively monitor applications and EMS alerts, troubleshoot interfaces, queues, and background jobs, and reprocess failed messages. Support RF device troubleshooting and warehouse mobility solutions.

Participate actively in change and release management activities, including deployment support across all environments, release planning, and post-release validation. Execute regression testing and liberation testing, ensuring successful change implementations with zero rollback. Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents, maintain the Known Error Database (KEDB), and drive incident reduction initiatives. Create and maintain essential documentation like FS, TS, SOPs, test cases, and RCA reports.

Support integrations between SAP EWM and various systems including SAP ECC/S4, SAP OTM, Traceability Cockpit, PLC, ASRS, AGVs, and third-party logistics applications. Engage effectively with stakeholders, participate in operational reviews, and provide regular service status updates. Contribute to proactive monitoring and AI-enabled service management.

Candidates should possess 5 to 12 years of dedicated SAP EWM support experience, with a proven track record in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) environments. Experience supporting global warehouse operations across multiple factories and distribution centers is required.

Hands-on expertise with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is essential, alongside strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies. Experience in handling production support, deployments, testing, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities is vital. Demonstrated experience in SLA-driven support environments is also a prerequisite.

Required technical skills include SAP EWM 9.4, SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023, Warehouse Process Management, RF Framework, Inventory Management, Yard Management, Quality Management, Wave Management, and Labor/Resource Management.
