This role focuses on leveraging your expertise in Oracle ARCS for reconciliation compliance and transaction matching. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial design and configuration to data integration and rigorous testing.

Lead the implementation of ARCS, ensuring sound knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.

Manage the entire ARCS implementation process, including design, configuration, data integration, and comprehensive testing.

Utilize experience with Hyperion Financial Management (FCCS) and the broader Hyperion EPM Product Suite for application development.

Effectively gather requirements and design robust solutions that meet business needs.

Ensure sound functional knowledge across General Ledger, Sub Ledgers, and standard/custom reporting.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

A minimum of 7 years of dedicated EPM experience is essential for this role.

Demonstrated expertise in Oracle ARCS, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching, is required.

Proven experience implementing ARCS, covering design, configuration, data integration, and testing phases.

Strong functional knowledge of finance, accounting, and account reconciliation processes is a mandatory requirement.
