Spearhead the design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions, ensuring alignment with sales processes. Develop robust plugins, custom APIs, and web resources using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript. Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, and security models. Build Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, alongside Power Automate flows. Integrate solutions using Azure services like Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. Implement secure authentication and troubleshoot complex technical issues across development and production environments.

Actively participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and deployments. Support ALM processes using Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD pipelines. Provide expert troubleshooting and production support for CRM and Azure integrations.

A minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE is essential, specifically focusing on the Sales Module. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Custom APIs, and Web Resources is mandatory. Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps is required.

Strong integration skills using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs are crucial. A solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model and solution management is expected. Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform ALM is a significant advantage. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities are necessary for success in this role.
