Join NTT DATA as a Senior Pega Developer specializing in Constellation and React. This full-time role focuses on leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise applications.

You will drive our adoption of Pega's modern architectural paradigms, particularly Pega Constellation. The ideal candidate blends deep Pega expertise with strong front-end skills in React JS to create seamless, high-performance user experiences.

Spearhead the architectural design and development of Pega Constellation applications, serving as the primary subject matter expert. Develop, customize, and extend Pega UI components using React JS for modern, responsive interfaces. Design technical solutions in Pega Infinity, adhering to Pega guardrails, enterprise layers, and security standards. Lead and mentor a Pega developer team, ensuring best practices in Constellation design patterns and conducting code reviews. Implement robust REST/SOAP integrations and DX API services for seamless connectivity. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance for both backend and frontend. Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on Pega application development, configuration, and deployment experience. A minimum of 2 years of production-level experience building frontend web applications with React JS. Proven leadership experience in building and deploying at least one Pega Constellation application. Strong understanding of Pega Cosmos, DX APIs (v1 and v2), and JavaScript frameworks. Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, SQL, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) within a Pega environment. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a track record of guiding junior developers. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly preferred.
