Key responsibilities include analyzing customer issues and project requirements, providing estimates and feasibility assessments for SAP solutions, and creating functional specifications for support tickets and enhancements. You will configure the SAP SD module, develop specifications for ABAP developments, and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Additionally, you will conduct root cause analysis, deliver training, and provide SAP thought leadership to recommend improvements and consulting services.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 8 years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 3 years in support roles. Essential skills include strong knowledge of pricing, ATP checks, EDI, and SAP interface processing. Expertise in SAP MM Procurement, Inventory Management, and Subcontracting processes is also required. A deep understanding of SAP Logistics Execution configurations and After Market business processes, including Service, Warranty, and Dealer Management, is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication, team leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are fundamental.
