This role focuses on enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. We seek a seasoned Senior Developer with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, the Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.

The position involves the complete lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM, from initial design and development to customization, integration, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our advanced enterprise solutions.

Key duties include designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions, with a strong focus on sales processes like lead and opportunity management.

Responsibilities extend to developing intricate C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, and web resources using JavaScript/TypeScript. Configuring tables, forms, views, and security models within Dynamics 365 is also a core part of the role.

Furthermore, you will develop Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, along with Power Automate flows. Designing and building integrations via Azure services and developing with the Dataverse Web API are crucial. Implementing robust error handling, logging, and performance optimization is expected. Supporting ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and participating in code reviews and production support are also key functions.

A minimum of 6 to 8 years of direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development is mandatory.

Essential skills include strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Custom APIs, and Web Resources. Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps is also required.

Demonstrated experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs for integrations is vital. A good understanding of Dynamics 365 security models, solution management, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform ALM is necessary. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are paramount for success in this role.
