Join a global team as an experienced SAP EWM AMS Consultant, providing comprehensive Application Maintenance and Support for sophisticated warehouse operations across North America and Europe. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and efficiency of SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments.

You will be instrumental in managing incidents, resolving complex problems, overseeing monitoring, implementing changes, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives. The position demands strong functional and technical acumen in SAP EWM, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and a deep understanding of integration technologies, all within a demanding 24x7x365 global business context.

Key responsibilities include delivering L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across diverse warehouse sites, managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, and swiftly resolving production issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities extend to supporting critical warehouse functions such as inbound processing, putaway, picking, packing, outbound shipping, inventory management, and yard processes. You will also be responsible for proactive application monitoring, resolving alerts, managing interfaces and queues, reprocessing failed messages, and supporting RF device troubleshooting.

Further duties involve supporting change and release management activities, including deployments across various environments, regression testing, and ensuring successful implementations. Integration support for systems like SAP ECC/S4, SAP OTM, PLC systems, and AGVs is also a core part of this role. You will conduct root cause analysis, maintain knowledge bases, and drive service improvement initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with 5 to 12+ years of dedicated SAP EWM support experience, preferably within Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) environments for global warehouse operations. Proven experience supporting multi-site factories and distribution centers is essential.

Hands-on expertise with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is required, alongside strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies. Candidates should have experience in production support, deployments, testing, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), operating effectively in SLA-driven support settings.

Essential technical skills include SAP EWM modules, warehouse process management, RF Framework, inventory, yard, quality, wave, and labor management. Proficiency in SAP integration technologies, warehouse automation, PLC, ASRS, AGV integrations, and troubleshooting using tools like SQL and MOCA is vital. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to thrive in this dynamic role.
