Our Cloud Operations team is seeking an Enterprise Operations Engineer to enhance our customer experience through continuous innovation and effective problem-solving. This role is crucial in maintaining the stability and performance of our critical infrastructure.

As an Enterprise Operations Engineer, you will be integral to our 24x7 operations.

Key duties include: - Monitoring infrastructure stability using advanced tools. - Responding to and resolving incidents, troubleshooting server and service issues. - Managing escalations in accordance with established policies. - Clearly communicating issue status via tickets and calls. - Collaborating with internal teams to address recurring problems and alerts. - Ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational standards. - Contributing to the development of operations runbooks and documentation. - Facilitating smooth shift handovers and preparing comprehensive reports.

We are looking for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for learning and applying new technologies.

Essential qualifications include: - A proactive attitude and commitment to taking ownership of production systems. - Familiarity with supporting production applications and incident management processes. - Understanding of infrastructure and application performance monitoring tools. - Proficient knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, IAM) and Linux systems. - Solid grasp of fundamental networking and security concepts, including TCP/UDP and SSL certificates.

Desirable skills include experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk, knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, and proficiency in scripting languages.
