Seeking an expert Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant specializing in FileNet to provide comprehensive support for our environment. This role encompasses administration, configuration, and business support for our FileNet infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation and ongoing development of our ECM solutions, contributing to efficient data and content management across the organization.
Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of the FileNet P8 environment. This involves defining new classes, creating property templates and properties, and establishing FileNet P8 domains for resource consolidation.
You will be responsible for creating Object Stores for efficient client data and content management, managing user access through group and user creation, and configuring object store security. Additionally, configuring choice lists, search templates, and LDAP integrations are core duties. The role also requires deploying and rolling out new FileNet applications to production servers, troubleshooting production and development issues, and providing support for FileNet upgrades, patches, and fixes.
Furthermore, the position involves extensive production support for enterprise-level FileNet applications, managing FileNet application changes on production servers, and coordinating with external teams for production change implementation. Daily health checks of FileNet components and supporting day-to-day infrastructure issues are also critical aspects of this role. Java application deployment on WebSphere Application Server (WAS) is another key requirement.
A strong understanding of FileNet P8 administration, configuration, and support is essential. Experience with WebSphere Application Server and IBM Network Deployment V9.0.5.x is required, alongside proficiency in Java application deployment.
Candidates should possess good experience in production support for enterprise-level FileNet applications. Familiarity with creating FileNet P8 domains, Object Stores, property templates, and classes is necessary. Experience in configuring security, LDAP groups, choice lists, and search templates is also vital.
Proven ability to troubleshoot production and development issues, manage FileNet upgrades, patches, and fixes, and coordinate production change implementations is expected. Experience supporting FileNet infrastructure and daily health checks is also a key requirement.
