As an Outbound Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be generating qualified enterprise pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. This role emphasizes cold calling as the main outreach channel, supported by LinkedIn and email for follow-up and account penetration. You will identify target accounts, engage key decision-makers in product, engineering, operations, and IT, qualify initial interest, and secure meetings for our Account Executive team. Flexibility in working hours is essential to align with active campaigns across North America, the UK, Europe, and ANZ.

We are seeking a driven individual with at least 4 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, lead generation, or prospecting roles. Success in this phones-first position requires confidence and energy on cold calls, coupled with strong spoken and written English communication skills. You should possess the ability to handle objections, spark curiosity, and quickly build interest with senior buyers. Excellent organizational skills, strong follow-up discipline, and a self-motivated, resilient attitude are crucial for thriving in our high-activity, performance-driven environment. Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or AI/ML products is highly advantageous. Familiarity with modern outbound tooling like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Clay, and HeyReach is a bonus.
