In this role, you will identify innovative use cases to enhance user experience, system stability, and performance metrics within designated DEX tools. You will lead and drive automation initiatives, establish robust intake processes for gathering stakeholder requirements, and actively participate in problem-solving sessions to uncover environmental optimization opportunities.

Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive success plans, roadmaps, and value realization documents. You will also manage customer and stakeholder relationships, provide cross-functional support, and act as a crucial liaison between vendors and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years managing endpoint tools like Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack. Relevant certifications in these platforms and ITIL foundation are highly desirable.

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps, along with experience in ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and Remedy, is essential. A solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, is also required. Strong communication, presentation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
