Develop comprehensive roadmaps spanning applications, data, infrastructure, AI, security, and integration. Establish reference architectures, standards, and decision principles, while leading architecture governance and design reviews. Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and business executives, translating business needs into scalable technology strategies. Lead executive workshops and present recommendations, trade-offs, and business value realization plans to senior stakeholders.

Develop AI-first transformation programs utilizing generative AI, copilots, and modern data platforms, architecting adoption frameworks and responsible AI practices. Guide data platform modernization, governance, and analytics. Drive application modernization, cloud-native transformation, and API-led integration. Lead cloud and hybrid-cloud strategy, designing secure, resilient architectures, preferably on Microsoft Azure. Guide migration and modernization of legacy workloads, promoting platform engineering and cost governance. Define enterprise security architecture based on Zero Trust principles, guiding identity, data protection, privacy, and compliance. Embed security and regulatory requirements into architecture decisions and delivery governance, while managing architecture risks and technical debt.

Provide architecture leadership for complex transformation programs, partnering with program managers, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders. Guide solution implementation from strategy through value realization, mentoring other architects and contributing to thought leadership. Own end-to-end solution architecture across all workstreams, ensuring design integrity and accountability.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent experience, coupled with over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or technology leadership. A Master's degree in a related field with 15+ years of experience is also valued.

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders is crucial. Strong business acumen is essential, with the ability to link architectural choices to business growth, cost optimization, and customer outcomes. Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills are required.
