Seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Production Support Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of expertise. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of SAP Ariba environments, managing production issues, and providing comprehensive user support. Your skills in Ariba modules and production support will be crucial for maintaining business continuity.

Key responsibilities include managing production support activities such as resolving technical problems, rerunning failed processes, and fixing orders within the SAP Ariba environment. You will monitor daily data loads from SAP ECC to Ariba, address user assistance requests, and manage interface failures for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. This role also involves monitoring interface failures, working with ERP and interface teams to resolve transactions, running weekly/monthly reports, and creating ad-hoc reports as needed. General support includes managing Ariba administration email accounts and coordinating activities with other teams like Security and Basis.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in SAP Ariba production support. Essential module expertise includes one or more of the following: Buying and Invoicing (B&I), SLP, Sourcing, and Contracts. A strong understanding of production support activities, user support, and interface failure management is required. Experience in monitoring data loads, resolving transaction failures, and generating reports is also necessary. Experience with ticketing tools, particularly ServiceNow, is considered a plus. This position is based in Hyderabad.
