We are seeking an experienced Applications Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless application development and deployment.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background with expertise in various programming languages and database management. A proven ability to understand user requirements and translate them into effective technical designs is crucial.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system designs.

Develop and implement robust application solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Perform proof-of-concept work as needed.

Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot program errors, and assist with application installation and deployment. Support production environments and resolve integration issues.

Write and distribute task descriptions for operational maintenance and contribute to post-implementation reviews.

Requires 6-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on complex, multidisciplinary projects and experience in project management.

Proficiency in programming languages like DOTNET, C#, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, JavaScript, Angular, and JQuery. Strong SQL Server skills, including query optimization, are essential.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools is necessary. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are required.

A strong customer orientation to understand and meet user expectations is vital. Professional certifications from Microsoft or AWS are a significant advantage.
