Seeking an experienced Ent. & Bus. Applications Specialist with a strong background as an SAP Ariba Production Support Consultant. This role requires extensive expertise in managing and resolving issues within the SAP Ariba production environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of Ariba modules to support business needs.

This position focuses on maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the Ariba platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of one or more core Ariba modules and a proven track record in production support activities. Your contributions will directly impact the business users' ability to leverage the system effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing production support tickets related to Ariba's functionality, addressing technical issues, and ensuring the environment operates optimally for business users. You will actively monitor daily data loads from SAP ECC into Ariba, providing essential user support for inquiries, data requests, and system change feasibility assessments.

This role also involves monitoring and resolving interface failures for critical transaction types like Purchase Orders and Invoices, collaborating with ERP and interface teams for prompt resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating weekly/monthly operational reports and ad-hoc reports as required by business teams, alongside managing Ariba Administration email accounts.

A minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Ariba Production Support Consultant is required. Expertise in at least one of the following Ariba modules is essential: Buying and Invoicing (B&I), SLP, Sourcing, or Contracts. Experience with SAP ECC, ERP systems, and interface management is crucial for success in this role.

Proficiency in monitoring and resolving interface failures, rerunning failed processes, and performing operational support activities such as generating reports is expected. While not mandatory, experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools would be considered advantageous. A strong understanding of coordinating support activities with various teams like Security, Basis, and OneSource is also beneficial.
