Join our team as an Enterprise and Business Application Principal Consultant, filling a key backfill role. You will be instrumental in managing our EMEAL DACH SharePoint On-Premise environment and ensuring its ongoing operations, stability, and governance. This position drives critical initiatives in SharePoint On-Premise and M365 Collaboration, including modernization and migration efforts. You'll also focus on enhancing user adoption and aligning collaboration services with our strategic objectives.

This role requires strong L2/L3 administrative skills across various M365 Collaboration workloads.

Manage and maintain SharePoint On-Premise and M365 Collaboration environments, ensuring operational stability and governance.

Lead modernization and migration projects for SharePoint On-Premise and M365 Collaboration services.

Enhance user adoption of collaboration tools and services.

Align collaboration services with organizational standards and strategic goals.

Provide L2/L3 administrative support for M365 Collaboration workloads.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in SharePoint On-Premise and M365 Collaboration Workloads is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on experience includes: - Strong background in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 applications. - Administration and troubleshooting of SharePoint On-Premise 2019, SPSE, and SharePoint Online. - SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online site migrations. - Expertise in analyzing and resolving client issues related to IIS and SharePoint usage. - Microsoft Teams administration, migration, and troubleshooting. - Understanding of M365 Collaboration workload governance.

Intermediate experience with SharePoint On-Premise 2019, SPSE, and SPO administration is needed.

In-depth knowledge of PowerShell scripting is required.

Excellent communication skills are a must.
