This critical role focuses on the management and continuous improvement of our messaging platforms, including O365/Exchange and Proofpoint. You will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, governance, and ongoing operations of these vital environments. The position drives key initiatives for platform modernization, migration, and enhancing user adoption, aligning collaboration services with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include driving messaging platform management, operations, modernization, and migration projects. You will focus on enhancing user adoption and ensuring collaboration services align with organizational standards and strategic objectives. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our O365 and Exchange infrastructure.

Responsibilities encompass L2/L3 administration for O365, Exchange Online, MS Teams, and Active Directory. You will handle troubleshooting for Exchange Online, Outlook, and Teams. The role involves extensive Exchange Server management and Exchange and Teams administration. Experience with ActiveSync and MS Teams administration, migration, and troubleshooting is also a core part of the job.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the messaging domain is required. You should possess complete understanding and hands-on experience in Exchange online administration and troubleshooting, identity management, EOP, Outlook and Teams troubleshooting, Exchange Server management and troubleshooting, Exchange and Teams management, and ActiveSync.

Intermediate level experience or understanding in Active Directory, Azure, and IDM is necessary. Proficiency in O365 groups management is also expected. In-depth knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a must. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
