Configure and implement system changes aligned with business needs, developing robust validation and testing plans to ensure HR requirements are met. Coordinate systems training and rollout with IT, while collaborating closely with HR client groups to analyze and document business processes, systems, and data for effective solutions. Partner with users and IT professionals to assess needs, drive process improvements, and implement applications. Provide expertise on current and emerging capabilities, general HR systems technology trends, and troubleshoot user-reported system issues, escalating to vendor support as needed. Manage tickets, investigate technical and administrative problems, and offer appropriate solutions. Take the lead on local and potentially global projects.

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience with SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central (EC), with a preference for experience in Role-Based Permissions. A minimum of 3 years is required in Onboarding and/or Recruiting modules. Experience with SuccessFactors projects, such as implementations or upgrades, is needed for 1-2 years. Additionally, 2 years of experience in data analytics and building ad hoc reports within SuccessFactors, along with 2+ years of experience in SAP Ticket handling, are essential. Strong analytical and Excel skills are a must, alongside excellent presentation abilities and the capacity to influence management-level stakeholders.
