Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead product and platform engineering initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader passionate about building high-performing teams and driving technical excellence.

You will be instrumental in translating business strategy into actionable engineering priorities, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud platforms is essential for success in this position.

Lead and mentor software engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. Drive the adoption of best practices in coding standards, testing protocols, and quality assurance. Manage team performance through regular 1:1s, feedback, and coaching, ensuring professional growth.

Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, leveraging DORA/SPACE metrics to enhance team productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical departments to communicate progress and align on objectives. Champion change management initiatives, introducing new tools and processes to streamline workflows.

A minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity, is required. Proven success in managing and mentoring engineering teams is crucial. Expertise in .NET/C#, FDD, Kanban methodology, and serverless AWS cloud platforms is expected.

Familiarity with SDLC tooling such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence is necessary. Experience with DORA/SPACE metrics for driving team productivity and ownership of CI/CD pipeline implementation are key. Strong people management skills, including performance reviews and coaching, are essential. Excellent stakeholder communication, both technical and non-technical, is a must.
