The POps Solutions team is dedicated to creating intelligent, scalable AI workspaces that streamline People Operations. These solutions act as unified command centers, empowering teams to automate processes, enhance capacity, and accelerate strategic initiatives across the organization.

- Define and communicate team priorities, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and strategy. - Implement processes and decision-making frameworks that foster collaboration and efficiency across multiple teams. - Utilize telemetry, benchmarks, and developer tools to elevate product excellence, reliability, and execution velocity. - Set clear performance expectations for individuals, providing regular feedback and coaching for career development. - Develop and evolve the mid-term technical direction and roadmap for your team(s), anticipating future needs and infrastructure requirements. - Deliver AI-native, agentic enterprise solutions, including agentic applications and autonomous operational workflows. - Guide and vet system designs, contributing to product or system development code for complex, ambiguous problems.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent practical experience. - Accumulate 8 years of experience in software development. - Demonstrate 3 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, overseeing projects. - Possess 2 years of experience in people management, supervision, or team leadership. - Gain experience designing and operating distributed computing systems for large-scale AI/ML workloads.

Preferred qualifications include 3 years of experience in complex, matrixed organizations with cross-functional projects, launching ML or AI products, designing AI application architectures, and expertise in advanced execution models and validation strategies.
