The Core team is responsible for the technical bedrock of Google's most critical products. We champion the underlying design, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure, ensuring excellent, safe, and consistent user experiences while accelerating innovation for all developers.

Collaborate closely with Search Trust and Safety stakeholders to align on critical objectives.

Drive the technical roadmap and strategy, working in tandem with engineers to overcome intricate infrastructure scaling challenges.

Manage team staffing and resource allocation across various product areas to guarantee the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant training data infrastructure.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years in software development, proficient in languages like Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including 3 years in a technical leadership, people management, supervision, or team leadership capacity, is essential. Furthermore, 3 years of experience developing tools to enhance development velocity, code quality, or code health is necessary.
