Manage staffing and resources effectively to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant training data infrastructure.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript. Additionally, require 3 years of leadership experience, such as technical leadership, people management, or team supervision.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience in developing tools that enhance development velocity, code quality, or code health. Experience working on Agile teams and with distributed teams across different time zones is preferred.
