Lead the Data Filtering Platform Infrastructure team, driving the technical vision and roadmap for Information Retrieval applications. Foster cross-functional collaboration to address complex infrastructure scaling challenges. Manage team staffing and resources effectively to guarantee the delivery of compliant, high-quality training data infrastructure.

Collaborate closely with Search Trust and Safety stakeholders to align on critical objectives. Oversee the deployment of large-scale projects internationally, managing substantial product budgets and ensuring robust system performance. Guide engineers through intricate scaling challenges, promoting best practices in code quality and system health.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least 8 years of software development expertise in languages like Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, encompassing technical leadership or people management, is essential. Additionally, 3 years of experience in developing tools to enhance development velocity, code quality, or code health is required. Familiarity with Agile teams and experience with distributed systems are highly valued.
