Champion architectural standards through design reviews and mentor engineers on complex dependencies, fostering leadership within the team.

Manage organizational interdependencies and facilitate communication with leadership across Google Play.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of software development experience.

Demonstrated experience in full-stack development (3 years), covering back-end languages like Java, Python, Golang, or C++, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Possess 3 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity and 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, experience in complex organizations, data analytics, and Android applications.
