Build, nurture, and develop a team of talented engineers, taking ownership of hiring, performance management, and career growth.

Define the architectural vision for the Play Pass back-end infrastructure, multi-surface clients, and promotional engines, ensuring scalability and robustness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, UX, and data science teams to deliver impactful features and drive product growth through effective campaigns and scalable infrastructure.

Champion architectural standards through active participation in design reviews, mentor engineers on complex dependencies, and cultivate strong leadership within the team.

Manage organizational dependencies and facilitate clear communication with leadership across the Google Play organization.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8 years of software development experience.

Demonstrate proficiency with 3 years of full-stack development, covering back-end technologies like Java, Python, Golang, or C++, and front-end skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, or CSS.

Possess 3 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity and 2 years in people or team management.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, experience in complex, matrixed organizations, data analytics, and Android application development.
