Drive the operationalization of Agentic Fleet Management, guiding the transition to artifact-motivated software development to enable autonomous agents.

Address significant challenges at the intersection of large-scale distributed systems, risk modeling, and policy enforcement. Develop universal resource abstractions that operate beyond the confines of a single data center.

Collaborate with key partner teams across Core Cloud AI, ML Fleet, SRE, and all Product Areas to define requirements and deliver a cohesive platform.

Cultivate and develop engineers, build a robust leadership pipeline, and champion a culture that prioritizes technical excellence, strategic insight, and groundbreaking innovation.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years in software development, coupled with 3 years in a technical leadership capacity, guiding project teams and establishing technical direction.

Extensive experience is necessary in building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks. Alternatively, significant experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture is expected. Furthermore, 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership is essential.
