A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
Candidates must possess 8 years of software development experience, including 3 years in a technical leadership capacity setting project direction.
Additionally, 8 years of experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or proficiency with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture is essential. A minimum of 2 years in a people management or team leadership role is also necessary.
Preferred qualifications include a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion and driving technical strategy in multi-stakeholder environments. Familiarity with performance analysis, modeling, and tuning of complex systems, particularly in resource management, is highly valued. An experienced Engineering Manager (EM) with a demonstrated history of stabilizing and growing high-impact teams is ideal.
