We are seeking an Engineering Manager with a strong technical foundation and a passion for high-ownership environments.
Key qualifications include: deep hands-on technical expertise with the ability to guide and review effectively. You should possess excellent team development skills, including roadmap setting, intelligent delegation, and providing transparent feedback. Experience in end-to-end scalable product development, including defining and delivering large-scale projects, is essential.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders is crucial. This role demands an execution-oriented approach with a clear understanding of setting roadmaps, defining milestones, and driving outcomes. A minimum of 2-3 years in a management role, preceded by 7-8 years as an individual contributor, totaling 8-12 years of experience, is required.
