Lead the end-to-end Managed Connectors charter, encompassing technical strategy, architecture, execution, and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with Product and Data Cloud leadership to define the team's strategic roadmap.
Develop scalable distributed systems for reliable data ingestion from diverse external sources. Establish robust engineering practices for reliability, quality, observability, and operational efficiency. Shape the team's culture, hiring strategy, and technical trajectory as the organization expands.
Drive automation initiatives to significantly enhance the efficiency of building and managing connectors.
A minimum of 8 years in software development and delivery, with a profound understanding of software architectures, including at least 3 years in an Engineering Management capacity leading development teams. Possess a strong technical acumen in backend engineering, distributed systems, data infrastructure, or platform engineering.
Demonstrated experience owning complex systems from initial architecture through to production deployment. Exhibit the capability to lead engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement in technical decision-making.
Develop team members by setting clear roadmaps and goals, delegating effectively, providing expert engineering guidance, delivering consistent feedback, and fostering career growth. Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality results and collaborate across engineering, product, and other stakeholder teams to drive ambiguous projects to successful completion.
