As an Engineering Manager, you will spearhead a high-performing team responsible for building and scaling critical platform and product capabilities. You will expertly blend people leadership with technical expertise, ensuring reliable delivery while fostering team growth in skills, ownership, and impact. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring software engineers, driving high-quality feature delivery, owning technical execution and architecture, collaborating with Product and Design, fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence, hiring top talent, and enhancing engineering processes and best practices.

We are looking for individuals with at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including 1-3 years in an engineering leadership or management capacity. A strong foundation in computer science and system design is essential. Experience building and operating large-scale production systems using modern backend technologies like Python, Java, Kotlin, or Go is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion with exceptional quality, possess excellent communication skills, and have a robust product mindset.

Preferred qualifications include experience in high-growth startups, exposure to frontend or full-stack development, and work on developer platforms, SaaS products, or AI-driven systems.
