Join a dynamic team to build and scale one of the firm's most critical cybersecurity programs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of privileged access management and work alongside senior leaders, security architects, engineers, and risk professionals.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic roadmap and execution of the enterprise PAM program, establishing firm-wide standards, and leading impactful cross-functional initiatives.
Contribute to the development and execution of multi-year PAM capability uplift programs, ensuring robust governance and alignment with internal security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks like NIST.
Define and oversee governance for privileged accounts, roles, break-glass access, and activities.
Partner with Technology Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and regulators to address PAM findings and remediation.
Develop and maintain Key Risk and Performance Indicators for executive reporting.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate PAM controls into enterprise platforms and applications.
Drive automation for privileged access lifecycle management (onboarding, provisioning, certification, monitoring, de-provisioning).
Support secure management of privileged identities across cloud and hybrid environments.
Influence architectural decisions to enhance security and operational efficiency.
Create executive dashboards to measure PAM coverage, account inventory, JIT adoption, MFA, review completion, and control effectiveness.
Provide regular updates to senior management and translate technical risks into business insights.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, Information Security, Technology Risk, or Security Engineering.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of PAM, IAM, Zero Trust principles, role-based access controls, secrets management, modern authentication, security monitoring, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Exhibit strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, risk, compliance, and audit teams.
