Your contribution will be instrumental in driving tangible business value through end-to-end AI/Machine Learning solutions.

Lead the complete development lifecycle of AI/ML models and applications, from initial concept and data exploration to rapid prototyping and initial deployment. Partner closely with business and engineering teams to understand their challenges, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and translate requirements into robust technical designs and architectures.

Architect, implement, and deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration. Facilitate effective knowledge transfer through documentation, training, and mentorship, empowering receiving teams. Stay current with AI advancements, evaluating and recommending new tools and best practices to drive innovation.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is required. Candidates must possess over 5 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience with a proven record of delivering end-to-end AI solutions.

Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI applications, particularly those using LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic frameworks is essential. Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is necessary.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps is required. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders are vital. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring, are highly valued. Proven ability to lead or significantly contribute to cross-functional projects.
