As a Vice President in the OneGS Identity Engineering Division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and testing enterprise software solutions. Your focus will be on critical business functions related to the authentication and lifecycle management of the firm's digital client identities. This position requires close collaboration with technology risk groups to ensure robust architecture, security, and control frameworks for secure deployments.

You will be instrumental in defining requirements, supporting deployments, and ensuring all platforms adhere to the firm's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) recommendations and industry-standard practices. This includes leveraging tools like Git and Maven, and implementing concepts such as RESTful web services.

Furthermore, you will evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to address business challenges, design testing strategies, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to secure necessary business approvals. You will also be involved in enhancing existing software based on user feedback and guiding new users in adopting the platform while facilitating the transition from legacy on-premise systems.

Demonstrated experience in designing and managing applications or processes on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including a solid understanding of core AWS services and architectural best practices. Proficiency in working with distributed applications in Java, encompassing requirements, design, and maintenance. Experience utilizing Python for analyzing and maintaining server-side scripts. Skills in using SQL for database query analysis and stored procedure management. Proven ability to support production environments, providing enhancements and break fixes as needed. Experience in creating resilient, low-latency, and robust services through high availability infrastructure and transaction management. Capability to troubleshoot and diagnose performance, security, and process interactions within complex distributed systems. Strong ability to comprehend and effectively debug both new and existing software.
