Investigate fraudulent activities and spam using diverse data sources, pinpointing product vulnerabilities and designing anti-abuse experiments. Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance workflows through process improvements, automation, and the development of robust anti-abuse systems.
Refine Large Language Model (LLM) prompts to boost accuracy in detecting and classifying malicious content and behavior. Utilize advanced statistical methods on large datasets to assess the impact of abuse on the YouTube ecosystem and develop strategies for new abuse vectors.
Master complex technical concepts and systems to deliver impactful results, effectively communicating technical findings and methodologies. Foster quality through consistent feedback metrics and manage technological solutions for streamlined quality assurance, developing scalable training for new workflows.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
Possess at least two years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and deriving insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
Demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience in project management, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or C++.
Experience with machine learning systems is highly desirable. The role also values experience in innovating, conceptualizing, and completing projects, managing large datasets, statistical modeling, data mining, and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical.
