As a big-picture thinker and strategic team player, you will collaborate globally with engineers and product managers to combat abuse and fraud at Google's pace, ensuring user trust and the highest safety standards.

Lead crucial projects, investigations, and cross-functional initiatives across Google, engaging with senior stakeholders from engineering, legal, and product teams.

Analyze large, diverse datasets to extract valuable insights and drive impactful decisions.

Conceptualize, design, and implement advanced machine learning solutions for production systems.

Deliver actionable analytical recommendations that lead to tangible business outcomes.

Effectively collaborate with team members while also driving individual workstreams and overcoming challenges.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and deriving insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.

An additional 2 years of industry experience in analyzing, extracting, and visualizing data from extensive and varied datasets is preferred, bringing the total to 7 years.

Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, designing, and building high-impact machine learning solutions that have been successfully integrated into production systems.

Proven track record of providing analytical recommendations that were adopted and drove significant real-world business impact.

Ability to thrive both through effective teamwork and by independently driving projects forward to overcome obstacles.

Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey work results concisely, both verbally and in written reports.
