- Architect and develop robust, business-grade applications and high-quality software solutions using Java and Java EE. - Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow developers on requirement definition, code reviews, and quality assurance. - Create and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices leveraging Java frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot. - Manage databases, working proficiently with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies such as Hibernate or JPA2. - Execute unit and integration tests, debug applications, and support deployment and maintenance using Agile and CI/CD practices (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). - Stay abreast of emerging Java trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Java-based software development. - Strong command of Core Java (version 1.8+), J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL. - Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong organizational skills. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
