Join our team as a Data Engineering specialist, focusing on incident resolution, data integrity, and system support.

This role involves proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and implementing data repair solutions to ensure seamless operations.

You will collaborate with various teams to address data discrepancies and maintain high standards for reporting accuracy.

Perform incident acknowledgement and initial root cause analysis (RCA). Execute and track data repair tasks, escalating to relevant support teams when necessary. Analyze queries and validate data, identifying and routing data issues to application teams via JIRA. Validate data refreshes and ensure metrices correctness. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follow up with users. Manage access control operations by adding users to security groups. Provide on-call support for critical incidents outside of office hours. Document RCA findings and data repair procedures. Communicate and coordinate traffic and region-specific data information to source teams.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI data modeling. Understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Kafka pipelines. Proficiency in SQL is essential. Familiarity with dynamic tables and medallion architecture. Solid grasp of data engineering and visualization concepts. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience using JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation. Familiarity with on-call responsibilities and ITIL fundamentals, including incident, change, and problem management. Proficiency with Datadog for observability and Python for data manipulation.
