As an Azure & OVH Cloud L2 Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving escalated incidents and service requests within strict SLAs. You will manage and support critical cloud resources such as virtual machines, compute, storage, networking, and identity services. Proactive monitoring of cloud environments using tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics is essential to identify and address issues before they impact users. You will also handle access and identity management, implement approved changes and updates, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining essential documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles. Effective communication with users and stakeholders regarding service status and resolutions is key. You will collaborate closely with L1 and L3 teams, as well as vendor support, to ensure efficient and timely resolution of complex technical challenges.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. You should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Support or Cloud Operations, with a strong focus on Azure and OVH cloud platforms. Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting, incident management, and cloud resource management is essential. Familiarity with monitoring tools, access control mechanisms, and change management processes will be highly valued. Preferred certifications include Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and ITIL Foundation.
