We are seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and contributing to cloud and infrastructure management initiatives.

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellent user support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and the ability to adapt to evolving technological landscapes.

Key responsibilities include responding to IT support requests via multiple channels, managing software installations and configurations, and ensuring the proper functioning of applications, networks, and IT equipment.

You will also be involved in testing and updating software, escalating complex issues, and maintaining thorough IT documentation. Supporting hardware troubleshooting and ensuring optimal network performance are also crucial aspects of this role.

A prior background in a Support Center or Service Desk environment is essential for this position. We are looking for individuals with expertise in mobile device management technologies like Microsoft Intune and strong experience in providing remote support.

Familiarity with ITIL concepts, Microsoft applications, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory is highly valued. The ability to work independently, adapt to flexible shifts, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is also required.
