Respond promptly to IT support requests received via phone, chat, and email. Download, install, and configure software according to user specifications, ensuring the correct usage of applications, networks, and IT equipment. Conduct thorough testing and update existing software as needed. Escalate complex IT issues to specialized teams while meticulously documenting all actions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Provide support for hardware troubleshooting, coordinating equipment replacements and managing peripherals like computers, terminals, and network devices. Ensure the optimal performance of computer networks and related systems. Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including network configurations, asset inventories, and user details.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong customer service orientation for professional query handling. Possess a deep understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles for effective troubleshooting. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune or equivalent mobile device management technologies is essential, alongside proven expertise in remote mobile device support.

Prior experience in a Support Center or Service Desk environment is required. Analyze issues to identify appropriate software or hardware solutions. A good understanding of Microsoft applications, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory is necessary. Familiarity with ITIL concepts is beneficial, with an ITIL Foundation certification being a plus. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to flexible shifts is key.
