Join our dynamic team as an Azure & OVH Cloud L2 Support Engineer, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our cloud infrastructure.

This position involves hands-on support for both Azure and OVH cloud environments, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical services. You will be a key point of contact for resolving technical challenges and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

Investigate and resolve cloud-related incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements. Provide comprehensive support for Azure and OVH cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and identity services. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues across the cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and applications. Proactively monitor cloud environments using various tools to identify and address potential problems.

Manage user access, Azure AD administration, and role-based access control. Implement approved changes, system updates, and patch management activities. Contribute to service improvement by identifying trends and collaborating on permanent solutions. Develop and maintain essential documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles. Effectively communicate incident status and service performance to users and stakeholders. Collaborate with L1, L3 teams, and vendors for efficient issue resolution.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Support or Cloud Operations is essential. Proficiency in managing Azure and OVH cloud platforms, along with strong troubleshooting skills, is expected. Experience with cloud monitoring tools and identity management is necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are vital for this role.
