- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Possess 2+ years of experience solving technology problems within the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry. - Demonstrate experience in delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or solving complex business challenges with demonstrable business impact. - Offer 5+ years of experience in technology transformation program management, leading complex, multi-workstream delivery programs (>$5M/year in professional services revenue) end-to-end. - Showcase experience in adopting and championing emerging delivery methodologies and tooling to enhance team productivity, including adapting governance frameworks for new technology-driven delivery models.
