- Cultivate strong executive relationships (VP+) and provide strategic guidance on program direction, health, and risks. - Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability in dynamic environments. - Orchestrate collaboration across diverse customer teams and partners, aligning priorities and resolving blockers. - Define and track key business outcomes, translating technical progress into executive-level value narratives. - Manage program financials, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope negotiation. - Influence teams to adopt AI-driven development workflows and establish responsible AI guardrails. - Drive the adoption of AI-DLC methodologies, adapting delivery models for accelerated scale and pace. - Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agentic AI in delivery, ensuring compliance and security. - Identify innovative opportunities for ProServe and AWS teams to accelerate customer goal achievement.

- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required. - Possess 5+ years of experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale, alongside 7+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). - Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners) and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements is essential.
