This senior role is crucial for developing pipeline, crafting account strategies, and managing long-term engagements.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of active client engagements, from initial scoping through to operational adoption. You will serve as the primary client liaison, proactively managing expectations and ensuring alignment.

Key duties include translating client operational challenges into actionable briefs for engineering teams, tracking delivery against commitments, and identifying/resolving risks early. You will also collaborate with deployment engineers to ensure solutions meet client needs and actively support pipeline development through account mapping and stakeholder outreach. Building strong relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders is essential for growing account depth and surfacing valuable market intelligence back to the team.

We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally with a foundational background in top-tier consulting. A proven track record in managing complex analytical work, structuring ambiguous problems, and accountability for outcomes is highly valued.

At least two years of experience in strategic enterprise go-to-market, account management, or program delivery is required, where you directly owned client relationships. Comfort operating in long-cycle, relationship-driven environments is crucial.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging senior stakeholders and producing effective briefs. Familiarity with Generative AI or ML concepts is necessary to communicate credibly with technical teams and translate capabilities to clients. Experience in or adjacent to defence, government, critical infrastructure, or complex enterprises is a plus.
