Capgemini is seeking a Senior Director level executive for a Senior Engagement Lead role. This position holds end-to-end accountability for leading and scaling the Insight & Data (I&D) portfolio for a major CPRD customer. You will manage a high-performing organization of over 500 professionals across various geographies.

The core responsibilities include driving delivery excellence, fostering strong client partnerships, expanding the portfolio, ensuring financial performance, and leading talent development. A key mandate is to grow the engagement in alignment with the customer's evolving data, analytics, and AI roadmap. The ideal candidate possesses a "builder" and pragmatic mindset, capable of articulating a clear vision and executing it effectively to achieve tangible business outcomes such as increased bookings, contribution margin, revenue, and market recognition.

Lead and scale the Insight & Data (I&D) portfolio for a large CPRD customer, managing an organization of 500+ professionals.

Oversee delivery excellence, client partnership, portfolio growth, financial performance, and talent leadership.

Expand the engagement in line with the customer’s evolving data, analytics, and AI roadmap.

Execute vision concretely to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of 500+ FTEs across Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI technologies (preferably Google or Azure Data stack).

Drive E2E program management with various pricing models.

Manage multiple programs within the portfolio, overseeing PMs/SMs.

Cultivate senior-level customer relationships, manage expectations, and control scope effectively.

Lead delivery for Data Integration, Reporting, AI, and ML programs.

Establish and maintain a robust governance model for the managed portfolio.

Engage in solutioning and pre-sales activities to drive growth opportunities.

Proactively identify innovation, automation, and value-add areas for the customer.

Utilize strong people management, mentoring, and motivational skills to foster teamwork and develop talent.

Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large portfolios and driving business growth. A strong track record in project delivery and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales is essential.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being strongly preferred. Prior experience leading CPRD engagements is highly advantageous.

Expertise in leading and driving Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI technologies/platforms is a mandatory requirement.

Candidates should demonstrate strong customer orientation, excellent decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. A high level of autonomy, a drive for change, and the ability to overcome organizational complexity are crucial.
