Capgemini seeks a Senior Engagement Lead with end-to-end accountability for scaling the Insight & Data (I&D) portfolio for a major CPRD customer. This role involves leading a high-performing organization of over 500 professionals across geographies, focusing on delivery excellence, client partnerships, portfolio growth, financial performance, and talent leadership.

This is a "builder" role for a pragmatic leader who can articulate a vision and drive its execution to achieve tangible business outcomes like bookings, revenue, and market recognition. The position requires significant autonomy and a drive to overcome organizational complexity, aiming to grow the business to a billion-scale operation.

- Lead and scale the Insight & Data (I&D) portfolio for a key CPRD customer. - Manage a global team of 500+ professionals in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI. - Ensure delivery excellence, cultivate strong client partnerships, and drive portfolio growth. - Oversee financial performance and foster talent development within the team. - Expand the engagement in line with the customer's evolving data, analytics, and AI strategy. - Implement robust governance models and drive innovation and automation initiatives.

- 15-20 years of experience in managing large portfolios (500+ FTE) with a strong project track record and P&L contribution. - Expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI technologies, preferably with Google or Azure data stacks. - Proven experience in end-to-end program management across various pricing models. - Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level customer relationships and control scope effectively. - Strong passion for I&D technologies and managing Data Integration, Reporting, AI/ML programs. - Excellent people management, mentoring, and motivational skills. - Good knowledge of project financials and operational parameters. - A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA is strongly preferred. Prior experience with leading CPRD engagements is a significant advantage.
