Join YouTube's Trust & Safety team as an Enforcement Detection Analyst, playing a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for users, viewers, and content creators. This fast-paced role focuses on identifying and swiftly removing disruptive content and users, particularly concerning abuse within the YouTube Partner Program, where hundreds of hours of content are uploaded every minute.

Develop and deploy scalable strategies for enforcing YouTube policies, utilizing data-driven insights and recommendations for effective abuse prevention.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Policy, and Operations teams to implement robust anti-abuse solutions.

Provide rapid incident response to abuse problems, independently analyzing root causes and defining mitigation steps.

Design and refine LLM solutions and agents to enhance the accuracy of identifying and classifying abusive content and behavior.

Clearly communicate technical findings and methodologies to diverse stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, including trend identification, statistical summarization, and deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

Possess at least 2 years of experience in project management, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, along with experience or a strong interest in anti-abuse operations at scale.

Demonstrated ability to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI for business problem-solving, coupled with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, is highly valued.
