We are looking for an Enforcement Detection Analyst to play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating disruptive content and users at scale, with a primary focus on abuse within the YouTube Partner Program.

Develop and implement strategic solutions for large-scale policy enforcement on YouTube, providing data-driven insights to prevent and address abuse effectively. Utilize Machine Learning and AI to enhance enforcement strategies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Policy, and Operations, to drive complex anti-abuse initiatives.

Respond rapidly to abuse incidents, independently analyzing root causes and defining mitigation steps.

Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and systems to deliver impactful results, communicating technical findings and methodologies clearly.

Design and refine LLM solutions and agents to boost the accuracy of identifying and classifying abusive content and behavior.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least two years of experience in data analysis, including trend identification, statistical analysis, and deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative data. A minimum of two years' experience in project management, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables, is also required.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, along with experience or a strong interest in anti-abuse operations at scale. Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs and generative AI for business problem-solving, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of driving operational improvements are highly valued. Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities are essential.
