As an Enforcement Detection Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying and removing disruptive content and users with speed and efficiency, particularly focusing on abuse within the YouTube Partner Program. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and creative expression, contributing to our mission of empowering everyone to share their stories and build communities.

Develop and deploy strategies for large-scale policy enforcement on YouTube. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance abuse prevention and enforcement effectiveness, utilizing Machine Learning and AI where applicable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Policy, and Operations to drive complex anti-abuse solutions. Respond rapidly to abuse incidents, analyze root causes, and implement mitigation strategies independently.

Acquire expertise in complex technical concepts and systems to achieve significant results. Clearly communicate technical findings and methodologies. Design and refine LLM solutions and agents to boost the accuracy of identifying and classifying abusive content and behaviors.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating statistics, and deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative data. You should also have 2 years of experience in project management, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience or a strong interest in anti-abuse operations at scale, and a proven track record of leveraging LLMs and generative AI for business solutions are highly valued. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
